Winchester Financial is a trading style of Winchester Financial Funding Limited, which is a small Commercial Finance Brokerage firm based in Hampshire, facilitating introductions from client enquiries to potential lenders. It does not perform any form of lending or clearing function for itself or others.
Winchester Financial is registered at 41 Southgate Street. Winchester Hampshire SO23 9EH with company registered number 08036445. We are authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and our financial services registered number is 730623, which can be viewed on the register at https://register.fca.org.uk/ or by contacting the FCA directly.

Storing your information
Information we hold about you will generally be stored within the EU. It may where necessary be transferred outside the EU, however if transfer does take place, we will ensure that any processor involved will have the necessary controls in place to comply with UK GDPR security requirements. We will store your personal information on our systems as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or as long as agreed in any contract we have together.

We may extend this period by a further two months if required though, we will inform you within one month of the receipt of the request and explain why the extension is necessary.
