For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Winchester Financial Funding Limited (‘Winchester Financial’) is a data controller as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information we collect
Personal Information
We only collect personal data relevant to making a finance application. Such personal data is given directly by you and by people or companies authorised by you to act on your behalf, and it may also include information obtained from those third parties authorised by you to share such information with us, including:

- Your title, full name, your contact details – including your email address and telephone numbers;
- Your project details including value, planning reference, development type and scheme details
Data collected from other third-party sources includes
- Land Registry
- Companies House
- Credit Referencing Agencies (Credit Safe, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit)
Information from Credit Referencing Agencies will include your financial situation and financial history, including public information from the electoral register.
We will need this information to;
- Verify the accuracy of the information you have provided us with and
- Prevent criminal activity, fraud and money laundering
